On December the 26th, 2015 Romania will start applying the personal insolvency law. Will it prove to be an effective economic tool or a “beautiful frame lacking content”?
A comparison between the Romanian and the British regulation in the field.
This event is open to members (and non-members invited by members) of the Chamber. The number of places is restricted to 25, and will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. If the demand for places exceeds this number, we will re-run the course.
