Dan Kearvell has enjoyed a dynamic and quite adventurous career to date and as the current head of DHL Romania where he has built a successful programme of growth for the organization since arriving 6 years ago from Qatar, where he was DHL Country Manager.
Previously Dan successful completed management assignments for DHL in Dubai, Brussels and Russia, where he was based for 7 years, having set up the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce in St Petersburg. Dan is also BRCC Vice-Chairman and an active supporter of sport development – in particular rugby – and charity work across Romania.
Dan holds an MBA from Warwick University and is still involved with the Russian department of his alma mater, Nottingham University, as a special lecturer. Part of Dan’s inspiration for his career and entrepreneurial success lies with one particular book that impacted both his professional and personal life and we are delighted that Dan will be sharing this and his experiences with us on the 24th April at Commons.
