Wanted: European views for Brexit negotiations

The first phase of our Brexit Ambition project is bottom-up research across the European business community. This is an opportunity for your members and contacts to influence Brexit negotiations.

Our simple survey has been created in eight  languages. Please share it with your members and contacts before the end of this month. We would like as many as possible to have their say on this important topic.

Hogan Lovells is Brexit Ambition partner

We’ll be working in partnership with Hogan Lovells, the global law firm on our Brexit Ambition initiative. The aim is to make sure that the UK’s Brexit negotiations include a European dimension. As the UK Government is calling on business organisations to provide input for negotiations, COBCOE is in a unique position to assist as the only Europe-wide British business network.

COBCOE Connects digital platform is live

COBCOE Connects, the game-changing digital platform for international business contacts, has gone live. It means businesses can find the contacts they need in new markets in order to grow through international trade.

Chamber networks are now signing up to COBCOE Connects and we’ll soon have news on this. The launch networks on the platform are the British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Now that the platform has gone live, companies can sign up to COBCOE Connects here through COBCOE, until their market is covered by a chamber of commerce.

COBCOE Connects has the support of two Founding Partners: Kompass, a data specialist with a presence in over 60 countries, and URICA, the fintech global payments network that ensures suppliers receive timely payments. Rochester PR, the market entry specialist, also supports the platform.
