Leader’s bio – Teo Galea
Teo has joined Colt more than 5 years ago and was instrumental to the company’s development. He built a successful Telesales department, with a strategy focused on people and how to best use their abilities, motivating the employees to grow professionally, as well as contribute to the overall success of the company.
Teo’s great management and people skills did not go unnoticed, thus he got appointed Country Manager for Colt Romania 4 years ago. The team in Romania strengthened and consolidated these years, new departments were added and many professionals were formed.
Before joining Colt, Teo came with an entrepreneurial background running EuroTriade Romania, where he drove the development of the organization in the international industrial environment.
With a Master degree in Managerial and Organizational Psychosociology, Teo continued his development and got his EMBA at COTRUGLI Business School.
Stanciulea Flaviu – Solutions Architect
Flaviu is an experienced Sales Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. Vast engineering professional skills , pragmatic , commercially and target driven , effective in learning and adapting to change, he decided to join Colt 4 years ago. Covering several positions as Sales Executive , Pre Sales Consultant , Technical Trainer , System engineer and Solutions Architect he perfectly fit into Colt’s strategy of empowering connectivity and putting customer first.
Becoming a Specialist in Ethernet and Optical Engineering with broad experience in LAN, IP and WDM systems , he shared his knowledge by moderating several workshops for colleagues and customers , helping them raise their overall technical skills. Bringing to the table certifications for Google and AWS cloud computing , IOT , Cisco CCNA, Particle Physics and TCP/IP security he could better position the company’s asset portofolio consisting of more than 35 individual products.
Considering the market trend he lately focused on Digital Transformation, Software defined networking (SDN) and network functions virtualization (NFV) , Security platforms and Cloud environment services.
