Andrada Iliescu
Andrada has more than 14 years of professional experience, most of them gained as part of the Advisory Practice of KPMG in Romania. Her portfolio of clients includes companies operating in more than 10 countries, located on 3 continents and her experience is mainly focused on assisting clients during their major transformation endeavours. Andrada specializes in several areas like end-to-end processes redesign, outsourcing advisory, enterprise risk management, as well as internal audit / internal control. She is able to efficiently combine her expertise for the benefit of her clients. Andrada is passionate about what she does and enjoys the challenges brought by every project she leads and every new client who relies on her expertise.
Andrada is currently an Advisory Director in KPMG in Romania. She has strong experience in advising national and multinational companies, operating in various fields, in all aspects and steps of their journey to activities transformation and improvement. She works shoulder-to-shoulder with her clients to help them accomplish their objectives.
Miruna Mitu
With 9 years of experience in digital, social media and e-commerce, Miruna is coordinating the Mobexpert Digital Communication and Marketing department.
Miruna graduated from an Executive MBA program at IEDC Bled School of Management in Slovenia, in 2019.
Miruna has been part of the Mobexpert team for 6 years and she contributed to the company’s online communication & marketing strategy development by exploring all digital areas, social media, email marketing, PPC marketing, inbound marketing.
She started her career with WebDigital and MSL Group The Practice, where she built her knowledge of the digital domain by working for brands such as Samsung, Avon, Fashion Days and Redd’s.
Dan Schwartz
Dan is the co-founder and the leading partner of RSM Romania – one of the most reputed professional services company in Romania. Dan has an in-depth understanding of the Romanian business environment, having experienced first-hand, as an entrepreneur, the challenges of sustainability, scalability and stability. Zsuzsa Csiki
Zsuzsa is a Partner in Kinstellar’s Romanian office. She has over 12 years of extensive experience advising Romanian and international companies on corporate mergers and acquisitions and other cross-border transactions/restructurings, including joint ventures and business transfers, covering various sectors, such as financial services, banking, automotive, agriculture, forestry, retail and technology, media and telecommunications. Her expertise also extends to capital markets transactions and financial regulatory matters, coordinating teams locally and cross-border. Zsuzsa has a solid reputation as a go-to corporate and M&A lawyer due to her vast experience in implementing complex structuring mechanisms and drafting complex contractual structures.
