Alina is a Founding Partner of the independent EU law firm MPR Partners and head of the firm’s London office. Alina’s diverse expertise, her ability to coordinate cross-border projects and capacity to draw up and lead 365 degrees, multi-angled assessments and strategies bring a great added value to the successful outcome of the most intricate transactions and disputes. She holds an LL.M in European Union Law from the French University of Bordeaux IV, a SEC Certificate in Advanced Competition Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a PGDip in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London. She frequently authors legal articles and jurisdiction-focused chapters for reputed international publishing houses and is a member of the International and Antitrust chapters of the New York Bar Association, of the International Bar Association, of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC) and of Bucharest Bar.
