Opening Remarks – Madalina Ciinaru – Head of BRCC Bucharest Office
Neil McGregor – Vice-Chair (immediate past Chair), British Romanian Chamber of CommerceNeil McGregor is the managing partner of McGregor & Partners SCA, the law firm in Romania and Bulgaria which is associated with the international firm Stephenson Harwood. He is a British commercial solicitor who has worked in Romania and its neighbouring countries since 1996. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is also a registered foreign lawyer in Bulgaria.
He is an experienced, practical and entrepreneurial British commercial lawyer based in the Balkans, with wide experience of identifying risks, effective problem-solving and of helping international clients to do successful business in emerging markets with local teams and business partners.
In addition, Neil has also served as an independent non-executive director of Purcari Wineries Plc since its shares were listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2018. He chairs the Nomination, remuneration & corporate governance committee of the Purcari board of directors and also sits on the Audit committee.

Tudor Irimiea – Sales Director, BT Asset Management
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Management in Cluj Napoca in 2007 and is currently studying for an Executive MBA at the University of Hull in the UK.
After graduation he started working in the banking sector, predominantly in the sales segment. Since 2013 he has been working as a stock broker and in 2015 he founded the first investors’ club in Romania. In 2017 he joined the BT Asset Management SAI team and he is currently managing the sales department.
Bogdan Dragoiu – Sales Manager, BT Leasing
Bogdan Dragoiu leads the Sales team as sales manager at BT leasing since 2016. He has experience in Sales and since 2005 he has been part of BT Leasing team.
Graduate of higher economic studies, he has an Execute MBA certificate from the University of Hull in the UK.
