Representatives of the business environment compete for a place on the podium at Corporate Tennis Open 4

A new edition of the Corporate Tennis Open tournament will take place on May 12th-13th and May 19th-20th 2018, a sporting event specially created for the representatives of Romanian business environment. The matches will take place on the tennis courts within Pescariu Sports & Spa, Bucharest, and the players are invited to attend, in the first day of the tournament, a formal cocktail party, hosted in the lounge bar of the The Gallery club.
Tennis lovers can compete in one of the following competitions: teams, men’s singles, women’s singles, and doubles. As far as format is concerned, the tournament includes two rounds: groups and finals. The groups matches take place in the first weekend, and each competitor will play all other competitors, in turn, in a “best of 7 series” format (in case of a 7-7 game score, there will be a tiebreak). The teams and players qualifying for the finals will compete in the second weekend for the trophies and prizes of the tournament. The final round will be played in a “best of 3 sets” format, with up to 6 games and a decisive super tiebreak.
Over the two weekends of the event, the representatives of participating companies have the chance to prove their athletic skills, engage in networking, and compete for a place on the podium of the completion. Companies taking part in the tournament during previous editions include: Bancpost, Danfoss, Caroli, Oscar Downstream, Biroul de Credit, Optim Project Management, KPMG, Red Bull, Faberron, Eurobank Property Services, Schneider Electric, Eurolife ERB Asigurari de Viata, Holograma 3D, Raiffeisen, Gothaer, EY România, Deloitte Romania, Accenture, Ericsson, Novotel and Heineken.
