Ramona Predescu (previously Iacob) – Country Manager for IWG Romania and the Sales Director for IWG Romania

Ramona Predescu (Iacob) has been with IWG for more than 10 years working in different roles from Operations Manager to Sales Team Leader and for 6 years she runs both sales and operations for IWG business in Romania, developing actively the local market and running today 12 locations, administrating today 26.000 sqm of flexible workspace.

Ramona Predescu (Iacob ] is a highly experienced and trusted IWG executive with deep contacts in the region.  Experienced Country Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the facilities services industry, skilled in negotiation, business planning, operations management, sales, and development coordination. Before joining IWG, in 2009, Ramona Predescu (Iacob) worked as Marketing Director for a new start up company from Check Republic and previously she activated as an entrepreneur and running for 8 years her own business in hospitality (accommodation and rent a car services). She has a  University Degree in both Psychology and Foreign Languages.

Agnieszka Błaś – Managing Director of DHL Romania as of July 1, 2020

For 19 years professionally associated with DHL Express. For 8 years Operations Director for DHL Express Poland. She has a wide experience in managing international logistics, operations and customs process. During her career in DHL Express Poland, she implemented investment program, successfully delivering 17 new location and designing new domestic network for Poland, providing strong and stable service for the customers. She considers as a success building a strong and committed International Operations Team at DHL. Mature manager, with extensive experience in team management, building partnerships and building employee engagement. At DHL Express, she is the facilitator and coach of the Certified International Specialist manager development program. Privately, she loves long and short journeys to various parts of the world, which she captures in photographs. She likes to spend free time reading a good book, as well as playing sports. Her hobbies are also decoration and interior design. She is a theater lover.
