 Colin Lovering, a British National living in Romania for 14 years, has had a successful, International career in Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Sales Management, Board Membership, Global Training and Business Performance Consultancy.
Colin has served on the BRCC Board of Directors for over 12 years with two assignments as Chairman
With a career in the corporate world where Colin Lived and worked in North America, Asia, South Africa and Europe in 2011 he set up a business performance consultancy in Romania (Lovering & Partners) supporting large and small organisations in Inspirational Leadership, Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Change Management, KPI Performance, etc.
In 2022 Colin wrote his first book “A Day in the Life of Exceptional Sales Professionals” and, in July 2023 published his second book ‘The Psychological Advantage’ – An insight into the power of psychology in business and management. His third book, ‘The Art of Business Adaptability’ was published in January 2024 and his latest book ‘Understanding the power of authentic diversity in the workplace – A reality check on diversity, was published in May 2024.
A familiar face hosting major events, Colin is a also a qualified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence with Genos University, A certified coach & Practitioner with The Cialdini Institute, a Senior Lecturer at the University of Bucharest and a senior tutor in an executive MBA programme in Romania.
