Andreea Stanescu , General Manager London Stock Exchange Group
Andreea Stanescu is the General Manager for LSEG Romania, being in charge with the Technology and Business Services Centre the Group has opened in Bucharest. Since her appointment two years ago, she has been growing the Centre of expertise to 300 people.
Andreea has held a number of senior operational and IT infrastructure roles, most recently at Stefanini, where she was Vice President EMEA Delivery. In her role, she was responsible for managing seven office locations across Europe, serving global international clients. Andreea has also held roles at Optima Solutions and Services and Vodafone Romania, where she was a member of the Executive Council.
Joost Visser, CEO and co-founder TIAO

Joost’s career spans over 25 years as a marketing, sales and strategy expert working in senior executive roles in multinational FMCG businesses in Europe and the Americas and as management consultant and entrepreneur in other sectors and industries.
In the last 10 years Joost has increasingly been working with international business networks, public and private sector trade development organisations, using digital tools and new ways of working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of (international) trade development for SMEs and entrepreneurs.
