Sebastian Baier


Together with Ronald Erb, Sebastian Baier founded the online marketing agency re7consulting in Fulda in 2009. In addition to his work at re7consulting, Sebastian studied international business administration with a focus on marketing in 2014. He participated in a degree program at the University of California, Irvine “Project Management Principles and Practices”, and at HEC Paris in the program “Inspirational Leadership program: Leading with Sense”.

At re7consulting Germany, he was responsible for the digital strategy planning of national and international online marketing projects in the automotive, logistics, healthcare and fashion sectors.

In 2015, he founded a branch office in Bucharest and trained the employees together with the specialists from re7consulting in Germany. Along with Alexandra Lovin, he developed a completely new online marketing concept for the Eastern European Market, as it differs from the German-speaking market in many ways.

Alexandra Lovin


Alexandra has seven years of experience in Marketing Online. She started her career in Search Engine Optimization, then she continued to study other Marketing Online services like Google Ads, Social Media and Content Marketing. For four years, Alexandra is proving to the clients that Online Marketing has a big impact on development and brand awareness. She is creating PPC strategies especially in Social Media for re7consulting agency clients, is passionate about online marketing and aims to deliver positive results.

Alexandra is also a Social Media Trainer and finished her Practitioner & Master Training in NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) in order to find the best way to communicate with the targeted audience and to optimize the ads according to NLP strategies. Alexandra is always up to date with the newest developments in PPC Marketing through her directs contact at Facebook and Google headquarters. To have a successful PPC campaign, she must deliver the relevant content to the right audience. Combining different methods to optimize the campaigns, she will find the perfect solutions to achieve the set goals.
