Consortium Bulboaca & Asociatii - Slaughter and May – was selected in order to ensure, on behalf of the issuer, legal assistance in connection with the transaction of sovereign Euro-denominated bonds’ issuance. The issuance of sovereign Euro-denominated bonds, which the Ministry of Public Finances intends to initiate, has an indicative value between Euro 500 million and Euro 1.5 billion.
It is the second project of this kind, the above mentioned law firms offering legal assistance to Romanian State in connection with the last year eurobonds issue in amount of EUR 750 million.
