Adriana Cocîrță  (CEO & Owner Nomade Communication) will open the second day of the Open4Business Conference organized by the Transilvania Business Magazine. The presentation focuses on personal branding and highlights its importance for any professional, whether employed or entrepreneur.

In a dynamic and competitive professional market, investing in the personal brand is a direct correlation with the success or failure of a business or career. That’s why a professional brand identity will allow the employee to easily access his dream job. Equally,  joining the entrepreneur’s personal image to a brand gives a human dimension to the company and makes a transfer of trust to it and vice versa.

The Transilvania Business Magazine, published in Cluj-Napoca, is a national publication with a monthly appearance. The Open4Business Conference begins on Thursday (May 18th) with the presentation of the yearbook Romania Residential – The perfect housing guide and the Reconsider Real Estate and Logistics Conference – From the building you live in, to the building you work in. The second day will be held the Create in Transylvania Conference – Redefining regional opportunities that will debut with a brand and personal branding panel and that will continue with the successful stories of some Transylvanian brands. The event will end on Saturday with the Transilvania Business Challenger Golf Tournament.
