Mihaela Cocîrță, the new Managing Partner of Nomade Communication
Mihaela Cocirta has become, starting with the month of June, Managing Partner for the Communication and PR Agency Nomade Communication, taking over the Creation Division. This change takes place 3 years after her arrival in the agency, initially occupying the position of PR Manager. During this period, Mihaela coordinated the agency’s national and international projects, implementing concepts and creative strategies for clients.
Mihaela shares the leadership with Adriana Cocîrță, Owner of Nomade Communication and coordinator of the Strategic Communication Division, who founded the agency four years ago, as a result of the intense professional activity she has been performing as a PR specialist for several companies. Nomade is and will always be a family business and I am glad that together with Mihaela we have managed to develop the agency, said Adriana, and I cannot wait to implement the projects we are preparing.
The appointment came naturally in the context of the company’s recent development and the formation of two divisions: creative and strategic. Adriana also mentioned that the Creative Division embraces all the services we offer, and this structured approach allows us to offer the integrated solutions that our customers need.
In her new role, Mihaela is responsible for strengthening and implementing creative communication, PR, and social media campaigns offered to customers, combining her passion for everything new in the industry with a progressive approach. As important, Mihaela coordinates the creative team, which reinforces the communication between brands and their communities. I believe in the power of creativity and courage, in that of a honest dialogue and I am glad that we have the opportunity to use such values in communicating for the brands we represent. The decision we made together came naturally, following debriefings and client meetings, as we identified the chance to implement complex concepts in a new formula.
The decision to build the two divisions is due to the desire to offer customers measurable results and of maximizing the impact of communication through innovative strategies that complement the business strategy of customers.
