This tendency was generated by the constant change in the conditions of the policies, of the processes and legislation on a European level, which determined specialists in the field to state that 2018 would be a difficult year.
For this year, specialists in the medical insurance market predict an intensification of the pressure placed on increasing profits. Also, they claim that the needs of the people who have concluded medical insurance policies or who want to access this service will grow more and more. The study talks about the expectations of clients referring to an organizational policy centered around them, about the desire to benefit from elite medical services at accessible prices and customized insurance plans.
