Bucharest, October 2018 – Global law firm Dentons will move its Bucharest office to a new 1,100 square meter office space on the seventh floor of THE MARK, at the beginning of next year. Knight Frank Romania has been the property consultant of the transaction. Developed by S IMMO, THE MARK is an elegant office project located in the heart of Bucharest, on the newly constructed Uranus Boulevard, which, once completed, will connect the northern and southern districts of the city.
The tenant was looking for office space in the central business district of Bucharest, and visited numerous properties before making the final decision. THE MARK responded best to Dentons’ requirements for a representative, centrally located office space with prominent visibility, green building certification and advanced technology. As a result of the move, Dentons gains more space than it previously had and will have two separate entrances for the comfort of staff and clients.
