Brace of Awards at the most prestigious galas in the industry

Optim Project Management received two awards this April within the most prestigious galas in the SEE & CEE real estate industry.

The 12th annual SEE Real Estate Awards for 2016, organized by EuropaProperty at Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, brought together some of the region’s top real estate developers, investors and market professionals. Optim PM won, for the third year in a row, the “Project Management Firm for the SEE region” award. The award recognizes Optim Project Management as the leading Project Management company operating in the SEE region with capabilities to deliver the most complex projects in a wide range of sectors.

“I am very proud to win this award, which acknowledges once again, our team’s efforts to deliver the highest quality services on the market”, said David Evans, General Manager of the company.
The second gala where Optim PM collected another respected award was “HOF Awards | Hall of Fame – Best of the Best”, organized by CIJ Europe at the Prague Marriott Hotel, in order to honor elite real estate developments, companies and service providers in the final of winners from six countries across CEE and SEE. The HOF (Hall of Fame) AWARDS 2017 is the final for all country winners from 2016, competing against one another for the top prize, the Best of the Best HOF Awards. Optim PM was the winner of the “Project Management Company” category.
