Regent House Properties Ltd is the UK-based asset management company of the Ratiu family’s portfolio of investments in Romania. Investments include: Bucharest Industrial Park, 180 ha of prime infra-structured land on the A1 motorway, 62,000m2 occupied by: Prologis, Essers, and KLG; Campulung Industrial Park, 43 ha, 50,000m2 warehousing, tenants: Nobel Automotive, Global; and Turda Industrial Park, 23 ha infra-structured land.
