Industriilor nr. 21, Carrefour Militari comercial area, tel/fax 0213173325/6/7, contact person Liviu Simion tel. 0744501964, the following assets:
- land with the surface of 7.494sqm;
- office building class A, unfolded surface of 2.673sqm, P+1E+2E;
- warehouse ( suitable for production plant ) with unfolded surface of 2.731sqm.
The real estates which are subject of this auction will be sold as a whole and not individually.
Auction starting price is Euro 4,500,000.00 plus VAT.
The specifications book may be purchased starting with 28.06.2010 at the above mentioned address of company’s office and the price is 1,000 lei plus VAT.
Date on which the auction will be held is 14.07.2010, at 10 o’clock, at the address of the company’s office, comuna Chiajna, str. Industriilor nr. 21, Carrefour Militari commercial area.
