The Light into Europe Burns Supper, an iconic and popular event here in Bucharest and around the world is back! It will be held on the 2nd February 2019 starting at 6:30pm at the InterContinental Hotel.
Burns Supper gives us an excuse to celebrate Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, with lots of food, drink and dancing in support of our mission to build a better future for Romanian Blind and Deaf persons.
Join us for an outstanding 4 course meal, plenty of whisky, wine and beer and of course the Feis Rois band from Scotland to pipe in the Haggis and lead the Scottish dancing. We will also have the Burns Supper cultural speeches including the Address to the Haggis and recitals of Burns poetry.
