Business Review announces the 17th edition of the Tax & Law Conference
The industry flagship event is scheduled on April 9
Ever since its first edition, Business Review’s Tax & Law Conference has been a landmark for professionals in the Romanian fiscal sector, with over 1,800 participants, 110 hours of debate on essential issues and case studies, as well as 250 top speakers. The 17th edition of the event will take place on April 9, 2019, in the Platinum Hall of the Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest. Attending the event will bring participants 5 CPD units offered by ACCA, 5 unstructured CPD hours offered by CAFR and 5 hours of professional training offered by CCF.
This year’s edition focuses on the raft of changes made to Romania’s tax regime that impact large companies operating locally, especially the changes made to the Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 114/2018 and the law’s implementation procedures, alongside the latest fiscal trends in the European Union that are also taking ground locally. The conference highlights the telecom, energy and banking sectors.
High representatives of the public sector (the Ministry of Public Finance, the Ministry of Communications & Information Society, ANRE, AOMR) will have an open dialogue with the top management of the private sector, in front of an audience that comprises CFOs, accountants and fiscal & legal consultants.
The event’s agenda includes two interactive sessions and debates with specialists from top companies and leaders of financial departments, a workshop held by ATIPIC Solutions, as well as networking opportunities.
