Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) brings about a strengthening of the rights of data subjects as well as of the obligations of organizations and businesses processing personal data. The Regulation poses significant challenges to businesses who will be required, starting from May 25th 2018, to implement organizational and technical measures in order to mitigate risks generated by the processing of personal data and to comply with the GDPR.

This training will provide a practical approach to the GDPR concepts, case studies and best practices.
