EUROPAfest International Festival, a major event with a 23 years of tradition, the only festival in Europe that reunites four music genres: jazz, blues, pop & classical music. It annually presents in May over 300 musicians from 40 countries in Bucharest and Sibiu.
Appreciated both at a national and international level, EUROPAfest is considered a country brand, each edition contributing to build a positive image of Romania throughout the world. Starting 2005 the festival takes place under the High Patronage of the Romanian Royal House.

Summer Music Academy
EUROPAfest Summer Edition @ Sinaia is a complex event, incluzand 6 concerts for the large public and 120 de master-classes for musicians. Thus, the festival moves in the city at the foothills of Bucegi, a pitoresque destination, with stone paths leading to the Castle, with stories of queens and kings, and idyllic scenery.
With titles such as “Summer Concert at Castle”, “Concert in the Park”, “Before Sunset”, “Classic in the Church”, “Summer Magic Dream”, “EUROPAfest Summer Edition Gala” the organizers invite the large audience between 14 and 26 July to leave behind the nosiness of the cities and to enter the magical atmosphere created at the Peles Castle and in other places with tradition in Sinaia – Casino Sinaia, King’s Valley Hall, Catholic Church, Dimitrie Ghica Park.
EUROPAfest Summer Edition also includes the 5th edition of Summer Music Academy Sinaia, a series of international masterclasses for violin, viola, flute, cello and chamber music at the highest standards. For 12 days the Royal Academy of Music London is moving to Sinaia.
