BRCC and TMT PR have the pleasure to invite you on October 18, to a special event, aimed at celebrating the Romanian gastronomy.
An evening
of socializing and enjoying good Romanian wines, food and music!

WHAT & WHERE

Romanian gastronomy is more than Sarmale and Papanasi, but a rich cuisine that spoils all senses.

On October 18, you are invited to a special Culinary Show + Dinner focused on the Romanian gastronomy.

Also, the event will include an exhibition + fair. You will have the chance to discover, taste and buy traditional products made by Romanian producers.

The event will take place between 19:30 – 22.30, at Restaurant AGRONOMIA, located on Calea Motilor 74-76 (nearby University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca)

WHO IS COMING

We plan to bring together representatives from the local business community: companies and/ or members of the most representative bilateral chambers and business associations active in Cluj: NRCC, BRCC, BEROCC, AFA, ARIES, ASEMER, IBC, DWNT etc.

SPECIAL GUESTS

Two well-known Romanian chefs are invited to cook traditional Romanian recipes and, moreover, to present the unique story standing behind each plate.

Mircea Groza – chef specialized in traditional cuisine, ethnologist and enthusiast researcher and promotor of the Romanian culinary traditions. He is a true spokesperson of the Romanian authentic gastronomy, promoting it both at national and international level.

Nico Lontras – chef with over 20 years of experience in the international cuisine in countries like Germany, Ireland and Norway. Passionate and proud about the Romanian gastronomy, Nico creates out of the box dishes: innovative fine dinning versions of the traditional recipes.
