Engagement is the emotional and intellectual commitment of an individual or group to build and sustain strong business performance.
According to Aon Hewitt’s methodology, the notion of engagement goes beyond employee happiness or satisfaction by focusing on behaviors that produce results. It also focuses on the entire employee population of an organization – not only on how to engage employee, but also on how to maintain engagement among those already engaged and contributing. The presentation sustained by Aon Romania will provide a few study cases related to what companies do with the results of an engagement measurement and it will be followed by a Q&A session.
This event is open to members (and non-members invited by members) of the Chamber. The number of places is restricted to 25, and will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. If the demand for places exceeds this number, we will re-run the course.
