BRCC Evening Business Briefing - “An Efficient Solution for Employees’ Motivation: NESAcard” @ BRCC Offices in Bucharest | București | Municipiul București | Romania

Wednesday September 26th 2018 at 18.00 – 19.15 at the BRCC offices in Bucharest

Address: 1-5 David Praporgescu Street, 2nd Floor, Apt 4, Sector 2, Bucharest

Speaker: Zahal Levy, President and Founder of MediHelp International

Topic: An Efficient Solution for Employees’ Motivation: NESAcard”

Research has revealed that 8 out of 10 employees are demoted, lacking the passion and desire to reach their full potential. Therefore, the difficult task for managers and entrepreneurs is to discover the conditions they have to meet to make team members reach their professional goals. One of these values is the attention paid to the well-being and health of employees. At an international level, 10% of call center employees are absent each day, and 34% are missing because of health problems. These statistics are worrying because, annually, a company may lose up to 10,000 euro because of a demotivated employee with an increased absence rate

Zahal Levy – President and Founder of MediHelp International, with a wealth of experience in the medical and in the health – insurance industry, will explain how including health benefits in the employees’ extra-salary package will help them be more motivated and it will contribute to the increase of the company’s retention rate.

Please note that this is a free of charge BRCC event and the participants’ registration will be made on a first come first served basis.

Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible but not later than Monday 24th September by e-mail to astefan@brcconline.eu
